f|b Real Estate Fund is a $50 million pooled equity fund seeking investments in value-add commercial properties on either a direct basis or through joint ventures with operating partners. f|b Capital Partners serves as the Fund's general partner and thus makes all investment decisions. All property types will be considered with an emphasis on commercial office, retail, and multi-family. As an experienced real estate investor, our investment focus is based on the strategic execution of both property level and capital structure goals.
