Forman, a veteran investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in private equity and real estate.  f|b made its first investment in early 2003 and has since deployed over $500 million.   

f|b Capital, through its affliate, f|b Franklin Advisor, LLC, manages the activities of Franklin Square Investment Corporation, a Business Development Company (BDC), which invests in senior secured debt, second lien debt, and mezzanine debt securities of small and middle market companies, and f|b Real Estate Fund is a fully funded, discretionary equity investment fund which acquires commercial properties poised for significant value-add strategies. 

f|b Capital also invests in one-off private equity transactions using its own capital and the capital of a network of high net worth and institutional investors.  The senior management team has the experience and knowledge to attract and retain capital partners while sourcing excellent investment opportunities.
